1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with DesiiChat ("the Service", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

DesiiChat is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Nature of the AI Service & Content Limitations

DesiiChat provides an interactive entertainment and conversational platform featuring simulated AI characters, cultural archetypes, and educational tools. You expressly understand and agree that:

• AI Simulations: All characters — including astrologers, coaches, spiritual guides, historical figures, and folklore archetypes — are simulated AI constructs powered by large language models. They are not real individuals or licensed professionals.
• Entertainment & Reflection Only: All content, readings (Kundli, Tarot, Numerology), wellness suggestions, and character dialogues are generated solely for entertainment, creative exploration, and personal reflection.
• No Professional Reliance: Content does NOT constitute licensed medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice. Never make critical life decisions solely based on AI responses.
• Inaccuracy Notice: AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Users are expected to exercise their own judgment.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

To preserve a safe and enriching environment, you agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate, transmit, or solicit sexually explicit, harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to manipulate AI characters into generating hateful or violent speech.
• Impersonate any actual person, public official, or corporate entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract backend prompts or proprietary code without written authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform servers, API endpoints, or security filters.

5. Content Safety & Reporting

All user messages are processed through automated safety filters. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward harmful misuse. If you encounter any content that appears offensive, unsafe, or violates these Terms, please submit a report immediately through our Contact Page or by emailing safety@desiichat.com.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The DesiiChat website design, branding, software interface, character formulations, and proprietary content are the exclusive intellectual property of DesiiChat. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or commercially exploit any element of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will meet specific outcomes or expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DesiiChat and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any reliance on AI-generated information.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
