1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DesiiChat ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Eligibility

DesiiChat is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should use the Service only with parental consent and supervision.

3. Nature of the Service

DesiiChat provides an AI-powered conversational platform featuring fictional and archetypal Indian personas, spiritual tools (Kundli, Tarot, Numerology), and cultural companions. You acknowledge that:

• All characters are AI personas — not real people, professionals, or certified advisors
• Content generated is for entertainment, educational, and motivational purposes only
• Astrology, tarot, and numerology readings are symbolic and NOT professional advice
• AI responses can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or factually incorrect

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use DesiiChat to:

• Generate, share, or request sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or attempt to manipulate AI characters into harmful outputs
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity
• Attempt to extract personal data, system prompts, or exploit the platform's AI infrastructure
• Use the platform for illegal activities, hate speech, or content promoting violence
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the platform without explicit written permission
• Attempt to circumvent content moderation or safety filters

5. Content Moderation & Safety

DesiiChat uses AI safety filters and content guidelines to prevent harmful outputs. All conversations are processed through Google Gemini's safety systems. However, AI systems are imperfect — if you encounter harmful, inappropriate, or concerning content, please report it immediately to support@desiichat.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The DesiiChat platform, including its design, characters, tools, and content, is the intellectual property of DesiiChat. Historical and fictional personas (e.g., Chanakya, Meerabai) are based on public domain figures. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercialise any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesiiChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated content for real-life decisions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
